About The Position

Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced AREA MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST to support multiple rental communities throughout our Houston, TX portfolio! The successful candidate should have the following requirements: 1-3 years general maintenance experience, EPA certification, a customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player. The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community is essential. Reliable transportation to communities throughout the portfolio is also required.
