The Area Maintenance Specialist e nsures that the operations of the property(ies) in assigned area of oversight are in compliance with the standards and expectations. This position collaborates with property management to ensure proper execution of a preventative building maintenance schedule for assigned property(ies). This position will also implement and maintain environmentally responsible guidelines and ensure that on-call maintenance and emergency response is executed, as required. This is an on-site position, and will be based out of several affordable housing apartment communities in the Denver area. Pay: $34-37/hour, dependent on experience.
