About The Position

As the largest nonprofit affordable housing provider in the nation, we build, preserve, and manage program-enriched housing across the country. The Area Maintenance Specialist ensures that the operations of the property(ies) in assigned area of oversight are in compliance with the standards and expectations of Operational Excellence, other stated guidelines of Mercy Housing Management Group (MHM), and Mercy Housing. This position collaborates with property management to ensure proper execution of a preventative building maintenance schedule for assigned property(ies). This position will also implement and maintain environmentally responsible guidelines and ensure that on-call maintenance and emergency response is executed, as required.
