About The Position
We are looking for a Area Maintenance Coordinator to join our Petrochemicals (CP) team in Port Arthur, TX. BASF's Petrochemical division is the starting point of BASF's petrochemical value creation worldwide, also known as 'the heart of the Verbund,' representing the world's largest chemical markets. Together, let us keep the heart beating one creative solution at a time! We are seeking a professional like you to coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities and be the point of contact for contractors on site. You will ensure work is planned and scheduled, resources are coordinated efficiently, and all activities are executed safely. You will communicate job status across departments, resolve issues, and manage work priorities. Your ability to make risk-based decisions and manage budgets will be key. Understanding best practices for maintenance processes is essential for this role.
