About The Position
The Area Loss Prevention Manager (ALPM) is responsible for protecting the assets of Ross Stores, Inc. while achieving shortage and safety goals for assigned stores/districts/area. This role involves managing and directing all Loss Prevention initiatives and programs, developing strong partnerships at various levels, and implementing solutions to minimize operational shortage, mitigate theft and fraud, and maintain safe environments for associates and customers. The ALPM also shares supervisory responsibilities for store-based Loss Prevention associates and supports incident response and prevention efforts.
