Maintain Home Store as a Hub of Excellence.
Build bench talent and lead people casting.
Own succession planning and development.
Understand product strategy by market.
Leverage store tiering, merch reporting, and analytics.
Audit and elevate VM execution to drive sell-through and brand consistency.
Own inventory flow & floor strategy.
Maintain profitability goals across the area.
Drive comp leverage vs. LY.
Build localized in-store event strategy.
Conduct competitor analysis.
In every store visit and interaction, setting the tone for guest connections.
Champion enlightened hospitality.
Elevate customer interactions.
Monitor CX reviews and reputation management.
Drive OneShop adoption.
Drive task compliance and completion.
Uphold professional communication standards.
Ensure survey participation.
Lead OMNI excellence.
