The Area Leader has the following core responsibilities: developing internal succession plan and a deep bench of managers at all levels of store operations, developing and coaching an understanding of the sweetgreen profile and driving recruitment of high-potential talent, driving continuous performance improvement, meeting/exceeding annual P&L objectives, driving top-line sales performance, training, coaching, and inspiring all locations to deliver exceptional customer experiences, leading head coach development, developing strong cross-functional partnerships, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment, and fostering and growing strong community connections.
