About The Position

As an Area Leader Trainee in Retail Sales, you will oversee 12-14 store locations in a fast-paced work environment. This position is designed for individuals who take pride in training employees to provide exceptional customer service. The Area Leader training program lasts approximately 12 months, during which you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for a key operational role. The career growth potential is significant, with opportunities to advance in various directions within 2-5 years. Upon appointment to take over a district, you will be provided with a company vehicle for business use.

Requirements

• A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or 5+ years of experience managing district or regional operations for retail/commercial, or a large single commercial store with multiple managers and 100+ employees
• The ability to relocate upon completion of training
• A valid Driver’s License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment
• The ability to multi-task, be self-motivated, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

• Staffing, training, and supervising Store Leaders
• Implementing merchandising programs and controlling cash and inventory
• Motivating and teambuilding to promote excellent customer service
• Focusing on profit and loss management, including budget planning and maximizing sales
• Setting performance goals and objectives while monitoring results with upper management
