Quality Operations plays a critical role in enabling Veriff to deliver accurate, trustworthy identity verification at scale. By defining quality standards, governing risk, and driving continuous improvement, the team ensures customer trust is protected while products and operations evolve. Although spread across multiple locations, our teams are united by a shared commitment to accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement. As an Area Lead for Quality Operations, you’ll measure success through strong quality outcomes, reduced risk, and the organisation’s ability to scale without compromising trust or accuracy. You will own the quality strategy and governance for your area, setting direction, success measures. You provide a strong leadership, ensuring clear ownership, strong performance, and effective collaboration within the team. Acting as the company-level representative for quality, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to translate quality needs into clear decisions and improvements, aligning standards, tooling, and ways of working so quality remains a core enabler of both customer satisfaction and product excellence.
