About The Position

The Area Human Resources Manager provides prompt, efficient, and friendly service for multiple retail locations, coordinating a variety of administrative duties including facilitating, recruiting, hiring, payroll, performance reviews, orientation, benefits, and employee counseling. This role works closely with store management to ensure maximum employee satisfaction and retention while updating the payroll system.
