About The Position
The Area Human Resources Coordinator supports the overall administration and coordination of Human Resources functions across two hotel properties. This role is critical in delivering high-quality HR support in the areas of talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, associate engagement, training, and general HR operations. The coordinator ensures consistency in policy administration and fosters a welcoming and compliant workplace environment.
