Responsibilities

• Manage fleet utilization metrics such as FUR and UPA.
• Track and trend lost rent management to eliminate unnecessary purchases and transfers.
• Conduct seasonal fleet planning for specific needs like snow removal and plant turnarounds.
• Perform geographic and product-based specialization analysis.
• Support rental needs and deal sourcing as necessary.
• Identify root causes of underperforming assets and suggest corrective actions.
• Analyze deadlines and work with Maintenance Managers to monitor trends and failures.
• Identify opportunities for warranty collection based on analysis.
• Conduct weekly re-rent management analysis to reduce underperformance.
• Assist Fleet Manager on major projects and develop detailed Fleet Plans at branch level.
• Utilize Qlik Reports and train management on their use.
• Ensure compliance with inspections and vehicle conditions.
• Collaborate with Rental Sales Reps for retail sales opportunities.
• Oversee service fleet optimization and manage requisitions for low dollar fleet and resale items.
• Manage resale assets and maintain proper stock levels.
