About The Position

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people grow. This role supports multiple shops across the region, making sure our teams are trained, confident, and ready to deliver a strong guest experience every day.
As an Area Field Trainer, you’ll work closely with Shop Managers, new hires, and developing leaders. Your focus will be hands-on coaching, building skill sets, and keeping everyone aligned with company standards. You’ll spend most of your time in the field, working side-by-side with teams, identifying gaps, and helping shops stay on track with performance, safety, and service expectations.

This role plays a big part in creating a culture where people can grow, succeed, and deliver great service. If you enjoy developing others and want to help our teams win, we’d love to talk.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive retail, quick-lube, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Able to travel between shops as needed
• Comfortable leading by example and working on the floor with the team
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage training schedules

Responsibilities

• Support new hire training and help guide their first weeks on the job
• Coach Team Members, ASMs, and SMs on procedures, leadership, and service
• Conduct shop visits to reinforce standards and provide real-time feedback
• Help build stronger teams by spotting talent and supporting development plans
• Make sure training is completed on time and stays consistent across locations
• Work with the Operations team to address performance issues and follow-ups
• Keep shops aligned with safety practices, guest experience goals, and Take 5 processes
