About The Position
RS&H is seeking a Transportation Development Area Discipline Leader for their Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC office. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project delivery, including contract management, managing production teams, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining financial performance. The leader will manage a team of six to eight Transportation Engineers/Planners, coordinate workloads across multiple offices, and support the career growth of team members.
