Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in the field, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven track record in budget management and human resources.
• Ready to travel extensively to serve our mission
• Ability to translate financial data into life-changing operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all program services, ensuring the people we support receive high-quality, personalized care that meets their unique needs.
• Be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a staff culture rooted in engagement and excellence.
• Act as the face of Mosaic by building partnerships with local organizations, state officials, and families.
• Oversee fundraising events to managing budgets, ensuring human and financial resources are used to create a meaningful impact.
• Keep operations sharp and compliant, meeting all regulatory and accreditation standards with precision.
