About The Position

The Seattle Area Director role is a strategic general management opportunity to lead growth and be the face of the brand at a leading education company with a quickly growing footprint in the Seattle area —one of the few summer camp organizations operating at scale. Overseeing a $1.5M business across 5 locations, the Area Director drives both operational excellence and growth strategy in Seattle, and eventually the Pacific Northwest. They lead site-based operations and field staff while partnering with marketing, people, customer service, and supply teams to execute high quality summer programs. By connecting deep insight into local communities, schools, and families with strong relationship-building, the Area Director delivers exceptional customer value, builds trusted school partnerships, and ensures the company remains a first-in-class provider of educational enrichment, while planning for long-term continued customer growth. The Seattle Area Director is part of a tight-knit "Expansion" Field Operations team that includes teams in Colorado and the Midwest, and works remotely in Seattle. This role is an opportunity to accelerate the growth of Galileo, and to build the team to support our rapid expansion in the PNW.
