About The Position
At Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County, our goal is to develop our next generation of community leaders. We are proud to be the largest youth serving organization in Whatcom County and we are always looking for dedicated educators to enrich our classrooms, Clubhouses, and our community. We believe it is important for our team to reflect the diverse neighborhoods we are located in and strive to be a safe, patient place for all kids. Our organization is actively seeking an Area Director who enjoys creating & deploying quality programming for youth development. The Area Director is responsible for supervising managerial staff at our Clubhouses. This role works to increase overall organizational capacity, with a primary concern for targeted programs that result in outcome driven Club experiences, staff development, grant reporting, and above all, safety. This individual will also fully embody BGCWC's DNA Culture Code and amplify it to their teams.
