The Director is responsible for growing the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through the Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. The Director works in alignment with the Regional Vice President, staff, and board(s) to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission, and live the FCA Values by developing and executing a ministry plan for the assigned area. The Director is accountable for ensuring that the FCA ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adhering to FCA policies and procedures. Stafford and King George Counties are home to some of the fastest-growing communities in our region — filled with students, coaches, and families searching for truth, connection, and purpose. As the Greater Stafford Area Director, you will lead the charge to bring the hope of Christ to every locker room, field, and campus in these two strategic counties. This role is for a leader who thrives on relationships, vision, and mission. You’ll be responsible for developing a strong network of coaches, student-athletes, volunteers, and local partners who will help launch and sustain FCA Huddles in every school. You’ll recruit and equip volunteer leaders, build bridges with local churches, and engage school communities in a way that opens doors for discipleship and Gospel impact. You’ll also collaborate closely with our FCA Sports [https://www.battlefieldfca.org/bfca-sports] Director to help grow club and league-level ministry opportunities in these counties — reaching athletes and families through sports environments beyond the school campus.
