Become a part of our caring community As an Area Director of Sales, you will: Manage, develop and train sales team to ensure area sales and profit targets are achieved or exceeded Analyze gross profit factors, market conditions, business volume/mix and competition Partner with Sales Management to develop and execute area specific annual strategic plan/budget and prepare quarterly sales updates to ensure achievement of established sales goals Partner with Operations counterpart to ensure continued branch growth by expanding new and existing client base. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent
  • Five years healthcare sales experience is preferred
  • Current or recent experience managing a multi site sales team with a minimum of 5M in annual healthcare revenue
  • Previous home health or hospice sales experience strongly preferred
  • Success in revenue growth and in the development and execution of market planning
  • Travel within an assigned territory 3-4 days per week and to sales meetings
  • Live within 2 hours of the assigned territory
