The Area Director of Learning & Development (ADLD) will develop, direct, and oversee all aspects of organizational learning for every BHC property. This will include the timely and successful completion of new hire orientations; vision, mission, value trainings; leadership and development course framework; and all learning initiatives. Effective trainings and quality learning activities created by the ADLD (in collaboration with Senior Leadership and property teams) will focus on enriching the lives of employees, the community, and our guests. The position requires creative approaches to strategizing, implementing, and delivering training initiatives and quality assurance measures to achieve luxury-level hospitality standards. This prospective team member will have superior leadership and presentation capabilities and the passion to shape a growing company that attracts, retains, and develops top talent to drive organizational success.
