About The Position

This role provides the opportunity to lead and inspire a high-performing Enterprise sales team in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will be responsible for driving new business, expanding strategic accounts, and coaching a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious revenue goals. The position involves engaging with executive-level clients, shaping go-to-market strategies, and delivering measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, manage complex deals, and influence organizational growth. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth setting. Remote-based within the Central Region, you will have the chance to drive both team and company-wide success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, including at least 3 years of direct full-cycle selling experience in B2B SaaS or related sectors.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven ability to engage C-level executives and influence decision-making in enterprise accounts.
  • Strong experience in early-stage, high-growth SaaS environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated skill in quota setting, forecasting, and driving predictable business outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of value-based selling methodologies and experience executing strategic account plans.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events (up to 30%).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5-6 Enterprise sales professionals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive new business development in target accounts and expand existing strategic accounts.
  • Oversee account planning, forecasting, and execution to maximize revenue potential.
  • Engage with C-level executives to present solutions, address business challenges, and close complex deals.
  • Partner with internal teams, including operations, sales engineering, and alliances, to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
  • Recruit top talent and foster a high-performance sales culture focused on growth and collaboration.
  • Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and value-based selling to achieve six- and seven-figure deal outcomes.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and client opportunities to inform sales strategy.
