Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Area Director to lead our business across Central Europe (Germany, Austria and Switzerland ). This role combines direct ownership of assigned accounts with full responsibility for the region’s growth strategy, team development, and market expansion. You will be accountable for building a scalable, long-term growth plan while executing with discipline and agility.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the revenue growth plan for the entire Central Europe territory, including assigned accounts and broadbase development.
  • Drive direct engagement with assigned customers, leading the quote-to-close process and ensuring commercial success.
  • Develop and maintain a 3-year area growth plan, covering all key verticals: Industrial, A&D, Automotive plus Mobile/IoT, and CED.
  • Assess market potential and identify underpenetrated segments and application clusters to inform strategic focus.
  • Leverage distributors and digital tools to scale reach, drive engagement, and grow the broadbase.
  • Define and evolve the deployment strategy, aligning team resources with growth opportunities and building team capabilities.
  • Track and nurture emerging accounts, converting them into strategic customers through structured engagement.
