About The Position
The Area Director for Young Life South Bay Los Angeles is responsible for leading youth ministry efforts in the Palos Verdes area, focusing on outreach and discipleship. This role emphasizes developing volunteer leaders, building relationships with community stakeholders, and engaging directly with youth. The Area Director will also manage staff, participate in fundraising activities, and lead prayer meetings, all while embodying the mission of introducing kids to Jesus Christ.
