The Area CRM & Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Makeready’s guest communication and digital engagement strategy across our hotels, restaurants, retail outlets, and brand platforms. Reporting to the Area CRM & Digital Manager, this position is responsible for assisting in the execution of CRM and email marketing initiatives that enhance guest experience, strengthen loyalty, and drive revenue. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, supporting day-to-day campaign creation, audience segmentation, reporting, and list management while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and property-level teams. The ideal candidate brings a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality, storytelling, and data-driven marketing.
