About The Position
The Area Coordinator (AC) at Vanderbilt University is a vital role within the Housing and Residential Experience (HRE) division, responsible for managing a residential area of approximately 500-700 students. This 12-month live-on position focuses on fostering belonging, connection, inclusion, and care within residential communities to support students' personal and academic growth. The AC collaborates with various campus partners, oversees student staff, and responds to student needs and crises, ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.
