As an Area Controller at H&M, your main focus will be on selling and profit in your Area through partnership and development of our store teams. This field role reports into the Area Manager and is based out of Denver, CO. Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include responsibilities such as maximizing Selling & Profit in the Area through performance of the physical stores, executing the Commercial Plan for the Area based on the Regional plan, securing Omni Customer Experience through qualitative & efficient Work Force Planning and operations, and partnering with the Sales market team to set annual budget & forecast process for Sales, Efficiency & Costs. You will guide the Area to reach top & bottom-line goals, set hourly function plans with Store management, and secure strong execution by aligning function plans and schedules. Additionally, you will partner with the rest of the Area team to set the desired staff levels for all stores in your Area, identify, develop and coach talents, and foster multi-function collaboration. This position requires domestic and international travel up to 60% of the time.
