About The Position
Mattamy Homes is the largest privately owned homebuilder in North America, with 40-plus years of history across the United States and Canada. In the U.S., Mattamy is represented in 11 markets - Charlotte, Dallas, Jacksonville, Naples, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh, Sarasota, Southeast Florida, Tampa and Tucson. As an Area Construction Manager, you will manage multiple communities with multiple builders, providing oversight of each phase of construction, focusing on quality of homes, customer satisfaction, project deadlines, and community storefront. You will participate in subcontractor selection and monitor general compliance with codes, plans and specifications, and safety regulations. You will also manage a team responsible for coordination of schedules, inspections, resolution of customer service and potential production issues, and supervise Builders in a geographic portion of a Division. Additionally, you will provide technical skill and behavioral coaching to direct reports, conduct performance evaluations, and act as a safety representative for the Division.
