GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Area Community Manager is responsible for the overall successful operations of assigned properties totaling approximately 1,000-2,000 units and works to ensure the department operations meet or surpass industry standards. The Area Community Manager will provide leadership and direction to all the Sr. Community Managers and Community Managers and their teams within their assigned portfolio. Responsible for establishing and monitoring budgets, ensuring financial and operational efficiency with revenue optimization and adherence to standard operating procedures of the assigned communities, providing leadership and training to direct reports and a large workforce of property management staff
