Requirements

5+ years of experience in property management, with multi-site or large-property oversight.
Strong leadership and coaching background.
Proven results in operations, resident relations, and budget management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop site team members, driving operational consistency and team performance.
Oversee resident relations, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues and promoting a welcoming community environment.
Manage day-to-day property operations, including inspections, maintenance oversight, and service delivery.
Drive financial performance, including budget achievement, rent collections, and vendor management.
Collaborate with regional and corporate teams on strategic initiatives, capital projects, and operational improvements.
