PAK Foods is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Coach to oversee operations across multiple locations in West Texas. The right candidate will be an effective leader, strategic thinker, and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of multi-unit management success.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in QSR, restaurant, or retail environments.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to travel frequently throughout the West Texas region.
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Results-oriented with a passion for developing teams and driving success.

Nice To Haves

Background in franchise or food service operations.
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus.
Experience with inventory, scheduling, and P&L management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and operational reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations of 5–10 locations to ensure execution of brand standards, policies, and procedures.
Train, coach, and mentor General Managers and Assistant Managers.
Drive performance goals for sales, profitability, labor, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
Collaborate with senior leadership on business strategy and operational improvements.
Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Lead by example and foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and teamwork.
