Join the Titan Machinery team as a Sales Coordinator where you'll play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries, to our Sales and Management team while enhancing business operations.

Collaborate with department managers and sales teams to support the sales process, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Maximize sales efforts by working with the sales team on sales processes, building strong customer relationships, and maximizing marketing initiatives.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, both in-person and on the phone.
Maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and assist with sales forecasting and analysis.

Have 3+ years of related education, work and/or related military experience.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours.
Strong customer service skills.
Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently.
