You’ll be the connector between new clients and the Ōnin team — building partnerships that fuel long-term success and community impact.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in outside sales; staffing or service industry experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive
Knowledge of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics
Proven ability to build and grow strong client relationships
Adaptable, strategic, and results-focused

Responsibilities

Lead and drive branch sales efforts across your territory to support profitable, sustainable growth
