We’re seeking an experienced Area Operations Leader to drive performance, operational consistency, and strategic growth across our title and escrow operations. This is a hands-on senior leadership opportunity designed for a results-oriented leader who excels in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams. What You’ll Do Lead and support a team across title, escrow, and support functions while keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll help set goals, guide day-to-day work, develop employees, and make sure both customers and team members have a great experience.
