Requirements

Prior experience overseeing Banquets required
Organized and efficient personality
Approachable and professional personality
Proven leadership skills; approachable
Alcohol Safety Certification

Responsibilities

Oversee banquets and events with a keen and thoughtful eye
Ensure service and safety standards are being strictly adhered to throughout the timeframe
Supervise, schedule and assign tasks for all team members
Control and monitor inventory of all needed materials and equipment
Assist with guests' and event organizers requests, needs and questions
