About The Position

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned monthly metric quotas. Responsible to recruit, monitor, train and develop a team of Administrative Support Specialists. Also provides administrative support to sales, service and contract billing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor all Sales Orders to completion Review and post update all unpaid transactions Provide Training and mentoring of assigned personnel Address any A/R issues that arise during transaction processing Respond to customer service questions Support Regional Sales and Service Managers Handle Escalated Requests Adheres to all safety precautions and follow all safety requirements to properly complete job tasks Performs other job-related duties as assigned MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY Typically reports to : Regional Administrative Manager Job is directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g. hiring/termination and\pay decisions, performance management ) . Job title example(s) of employees directly supervised: Administrative Contract Billing Specialist, Administrative Data Collection Specialist, Administrative Transaction Specialist JOB QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIREMENTS Strong attention to detail, with ability to handle a large volume of work at a fast pace. Ability to lead a team with solid strategic and tactical direction Ability to effectively communicate, both in writing and verbally, across all levels of the organization as well as customers, vendors and suppliers in a clear and concise manner Ability to adapt and lead change Must be able to manage multiple priorities while meeting assigned deadlines Must exercise strong decision making Ability to use Microsoft office suite programs EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalen t preferred Minimum of two years in an administrative supervisory role. WORKING CONDITIONS Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required. Travel requirements: Up to 25% Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours .
