As an Area Accounting Supervisor , you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external vendors. Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1+ year of customer service or accounts receivable experience
- Frequent travel between downtown Milwaukee locations
- Able to work independently and in a team; fast-paced, high-volume setting; focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong documentation, research, and data analysis abilities
Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries and document all communications
- Ensure billing is completed accurately and on time
- Review and balance daily revenue; update and correct reports as needed
- Provide support for accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile parking account transactions for designated areas
- Assist with auditing income for assigned areas
