About The Position

Twenty Four Seven Hotels is looking for an Area Accounting Manager to give direct account support at the property level, with a dotted line to the Corporate Finance Department in all aspects related to Income Audit, General Cashiering, Accounts Receivables, F&B controls and Accounts Payable invoicing.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance

Responsibilities

• Balance guest ledger, A/R ledger and deposit ledger accounts daily
• Balance T.O.T, Sales Taxes and Tourism Taxes daily via Profitsage
• Ensure daily Income Audit reports are completed by noon
• Respond to all chargebacks timely
• Prepare and send AR invoices within 3 days of departure
• Code invoices and review for accuracy
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Setup and administer F&B-inclusive room packages
• Assist GM with budget and AOP
• Assist GM with weekly forecasts
• Month-end processing
