About The Position

The Head of Development position is based in Miami, FL, with the option to work from home in any U.S. location. The role involves traveling to various locations throughout the U.S. for temporary assignments. The primary duties include conducting sessions to document detailed system requirements and specifications, leading and managing the end-to-end responsibility for capturing requirements, and advising on best practices in FP&A and Consolidation processes. The candidate will design and develop OneStream applications that meet specific business requirements, support business objectives, and facilitate long-term scalability and growth of the OneStream platform. Additionally, the role requires creating comprehensive technical strategies and implementing projects using HTS management consulting methodologies with Oracle Hyperion systems applications. The Head of Development will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the build phase, oversee the technical implementation, and provide direct support to senior consultants. The position also involves conducting comprehensive user training sessions, managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, defining technical and strategic approaches to projects, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies. Ongoing coaching and mentoring of team members to ensure success is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• B.S. (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Technical Manager or Senior Consultant.
• 5 years of experience with Oracle Hyperion.
• 3 years of experience with OneStream platform.

Responsibilities
