This position will support Heritage Archives as we look to innovate and grow our Archives strategy and experiences. We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can help implement the vision and strategy. This position will also partner with the Principal Team Leader and rest of the Archives team in assisting with research for reference questions, processing digital and physical assets, leading tours, and other projects outlined in the job responsibilities and requirements.

  • Bachelor's Degree

Nice To Haves

  • Facilitating/ presenting to large groups virtually and in-person.
  • Experience in designing and implementing innovative and engaging programs and experiences for Operators, Team Members, Staff, and other guests.
  • At least 3 years of creative writing and storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the project management and execution of the vision and strategy for Archives and how we bring it to life.
  • Identify new processes that will help the team be more efficient.
  • Partner with Taylor workshops and the Archivist on creating culture cases throughout the different buildings on campus.
  • Connect Operators, Team Members, Staff, and other special guests to Chick-fil-A's history in a fun an engaging way.
  • Track and manage Archives budget.
  • Process digital and physical assets
