What You’ll Do as an Architecture Senior Project Manager Lead design strategy and collaborate with high-performing, cross-functional teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders to align with client goals and ensure seamless project delivery. Successfully lead projects of varying size and complexity from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick-off. Manage project budgets, financial performance and reporting, scope, schedule, and staffing. Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout. Provide clear direction, motivation, and mentorship to foster high-performing teams. Prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout the process. Support new business development efforts in collaboration with the Client Services team by delivering exceptional service, promoting Fisher’s capabilities, and building lasting client relationships. Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and municipal approvals. Represent Fisher Associate’s in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field from an accredited university
  • 12+ years minimum of professional project design, technical and management experience required.
  • NY Registered Architect, or ability to obtain it.
  • Client relationship, staff management, and business development experience required.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Dedicated to fostering trusting relationships through collaboration, integrity, respect, and active listening
  • Deliver high-quality work using critical thinking, sound judgment, and exceptional organizational skills.
