As Senior Manager in AI and Emerging Technologies, you will be a leader in driving Capital Group's strategy in AI and other emerging technologies. As part of the Global Technology Strategy and Architecture organization, you and your team will be responsible for tracking developments in emerging technology, understanding what they mean for our industry and our business, using them to craft strategic direction, reporting and educating on them, and partnering with leaders across Capital Group to help them incorporate these developments into their strategies and execution. You will be responsible for all aspects of leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team, including business planning, prioritization and capacity management, relationships with external partners, stakeholder communications, and people management.
