Architecture Project Manager

HDR is hiring Architecture Project Managers to work in our Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, or West Palm Beach offices. As an Architecture Project Manager, you will direct and coordinate the work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle, from development and initiation to close-out. You will be responsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects, producing and coordinating several small to medium projects concurrently. Establishing and maintaining client relations is key, as you will be involved with marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. You will also participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance and conduct schematic design development and contract document work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders. Your role will include coordinating staffing and workload through the entire project life cycle, ensuring the completion of deliverables on schedule, and tracking the financial aspects of projects. You will coordinate and adjust work efforts with the team to ensure that work is completed within the parameters of the agreed-upon budget and schedule. Additionally, you will work with the Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews, implement QA/QC procedures, and perform other duties as needed.
