We’re currently seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic San Jose studio. You’ll be part of a culture that values deep collaboration, technical excellence, and continual growth. Examples of projects completed by our San Jose studio include Agnews Campus, Tide Academy and Santa Clara Square. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across our studios in California and Texas—and help bring high-performance, community-first design to life.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience in all phases of architectural projects.
  • Architectural license.
  • Knowledge in management of project business: scope, fee, schedule, work plans and budget.
  • Experience with the California DSA process for education projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Revit and Adobe Create Suite.
  • LEED accreditation.

Responsibilities

  • Live and breathe the project from inception to completion.
  • Meet project goals including integrated design and planning goals, budget, schedule, and project financial performance.
  • Prepare schedules, budgets and work plan documents during all phases of the project.
  • Review contractual and financial construction administration documents.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, builders, governing authorities, stakeholders and team members.
  • Work on civic projects including fire stations, libraries, performing arts centers, state & county buildings, and other civic & cultural projects.
  • Review research for product and construction methods related to the project.
  • Serve as the Architect of Record.
  • Sign and stamp all project related documentation as a licensed professional.
  • Mentor team members and help to train and upskill them.
