About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Architect to lead end-to-end design and implementation of solutions. The ideal candidate must be a good communicator and coach for Capgemini and client teams.  They must have the ability to understand business goals, create architectures that achieve them and align teams and technologies and coach through completion of the project.  And they must understand the rigors of working in a regulated environment.The ideal candidate will possess: an understanding of enterprise and solution architecture, deep expertise in Microsoft dependent architectures, Azure cloud best practices and design patterns, .NET technologies, good understanding of React JS, Microservice Design Patterns and associated practices.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in architecture with a strong focus on cloud-native solutions (Azure) and enterprise applications
  • Full-stack development using .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core, Microservices).
  • Strong understanding and hands-on in development of full-stack development concepts for Web and Desktop applications using .Net technologies
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and modern integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proven technical leadership and team mentoring experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced practitioner of Scaled Agile Framework / Scrum methodologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in regulated industries (medical or life sciences).
  • Familiarity with BDD, TDD practices.
  • Previous experience delivering customer-facing SaaS and/or digital products
  • Understanding of regulatory/security requirements (HIPAA, FDA, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, AAMI TIR-45, IEC 13485 etc)
  • .NET industry certifications.
  • Azure certifications such as Solutions Architect Expert or DevOps Engineer Expert.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive enterprise and solution architecture strategy and governance.
  • Lead technical design sessions to architect scalable, secure, and robust solutions.
  • Ensure strategic alignment with client’s enterprise architecture and validate design decisions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Oversee development progress to maintain consistency with architectural vision.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve dependencies and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Guide Proof-of-Concepts to address customer pain points and accelerate innovation.
