The Architecture Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. This role will support data architecture, data analysis work for single or multiple projects, should be able to document data requirements, prepare data quality metrics, validate results, and have experience around Data Governance, developing metrics for Data Quality measurements, defining KPI for data accuracy. This role will require more business, communication, documentation, and presentation skills. SQL and Excel skills are required. Core Competencies: Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Governance, Data Quality rules and implementation, develop logical/physical data models, knowledge of all types of databases: relational and non-relational such as Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, Snowflake, Star Schemas, Tableau or BI report development, cloud-technologies. Supplemental Capabilities: AI based data engineering, Financial Business Domain Knowledge, Business Analysis. Motivation, Good Communication Skills.
