About The Position

As an Architecture Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working alongside our talented staff on exciting projects. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, LGA delivers award-winning, innovative projects across the country and around the world. We are organized around six design studios that include aviation, healthcare, education, housing, retail, and workplace. Requirements
- Be enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Architecture program or a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture program
- Have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies
- Possess knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT, and Sketch-up is required
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail required
- Have a desire to learn
- Be a self-starter who takes initiative and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to work in-office required
Nice To Haves
- Understand additional software platforms such as Bluebeam, Lumion, PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc. advantageous
Responsibilities
- Exposure to all phases of project design and development from preliminary design, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Assist project teams with production of deliverables
- Utilize various programs under the supervision of project managers and/or project architects
- Participate in team meetings and LGA’s design process
