About The Position

The College of Architecture and the Built Environment at Thomas Jefferson University is seeking a qualified and passionate Adjunct Professor to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Architecture. The adjunct professor will deliver course content, assess student work, and support academic excellence in line with the department’s goals and curriculum standards.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned architecture courses, such as design studios, building systems, architectural theory, or digital design tools.
• Prepare and deliver lectures, critiques, and other course materials.
• Develop syllabi and coursework in alignment with department guidelines.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, presentations, and exams.
• Stay current with developments in the field of architecture and incorporate relevant content into instruction.
• Collaborate with department faculty and staff as needed.
