Role Overview We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Visualization Specialist to join our design team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in architecture or interior design who has developed a strong passion and skillset in rendering. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of professional experience producing photo-realistic interior and exterior renderings for use in online and print marketing. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architectural visualization or rendering.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interior and exterior renderings with a high level of realism and design sensitivity.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as: o 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Revit, etc. o Adobe Photoshop or similar for post-production
• Understanding of composition, lighting, and materiality in architectural visualization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willing to accept feedback and grow as an artist.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate production methods to those not familiar with the field of visualization.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, photorealistic renderings of interior and exterior spaces for multifamily residential projects.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to interpret design intent and translate it into compelling visual assets.
• Develop 3D models and apply materials, textures, and lighting to achieve realism and brand consistency.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine visual outputs.
• Prepare renderings for various platforms including web, social media, brochures, construction fence banners, and presentations.
• Maintain organized asset libraries and rendering templates for efficient workflow.
• Project manage and coordinate overflow work with third-party studios to meet overlapping deadlines.
