Hadrian was the first manufacturer to powder coat toilet partitions and has continued to embrace new technologies and materials in order to offer architects, designers and end-users more flexibility in design. Hadrian’s wide range of toilet partition products includes; powder coated metal, stainless steel, embossed stainless steel, and solid plastic. Lockers are available in Emperor (corridor), Gladiator (athletic) and replacement front styles. POSITION SUMMARY The Architectural Sales Representative is responsible for increasing construction specifications for the entire Hadrian product portfolio. Focused on activities to drive brand awareness to increase market share within the NJ/NYC territory. This role involves identifying and developing relationships with architects, designers, specification writers, and other industry professionals to influence the inclusion of the company's products or services in project specifications. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to create compelling value propositions for the specifier. The Architectural Sales Representative collaborates closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of specification initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the industry landscape. This experienced savvy sales professional will lead day-to-day execution increasing design specifications and supporting the larger project bidding pipeline collaborating/managing through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to achieve growth of Hadrian’s full line of solutions.
