The Opportunity This is a commission-based role with an insignificant base salary built for high performers who want full control of their earning potential. Your mission is simple: Bring projects. Close deals. Earn big. You will be responsible for generating new architectural contracts and expanding AB Group’s presence among developers, owners, investors, and builders. Requirements
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Experience in architecture, construction, engineering, or real estate preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation ability
- Self-starter mentality with elite follow-through

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue high-value architectural project opportunities
- Build and leverage relationships with developers, brokers, contractors, and business owners
- Drive deals from first conversation to signed contract
- Represent AB Group in high-level networking and client-facing environments
- Consistently deliver measurable revenue growth to the firm
